MIAC Men's Golf Co-Athlete of the Week
Concordia College sophomore Pat Deitz (Moorhead, Minn.) concluded the fall season by shooting a round of two-under par 70 at the Twin Cities Classic. Deitz finished in a nine-way tie for first at the weather-shortened event held at the Links at North Fork in Ramsey. Concordia tied for ninth out of 23 teams in the meet.
MIAC Men's Golf Co-Athlete of the Week
Saint John's University first-year Mark Giorgi (Red Wing, Minn.) was part of a nine-way tie for medalist after shooting two-under par 70 at the weather-shortened Twin Cities Classic. Giorgi helped the #6 ranked Johnnies win the team title with a one-over par 289. The meet was held at the Links at North Fork in Ramsey on Sunday.
MIAC Men's Golf Co-Athlete of the Week
University of St. Thomas first-year John Young (Forest Lake, Minn.) shot a round of two-under par 70 to finish in a nine-way tie for medalist at the Twin Cities Classic on Sunday. The three-day event was played at the Links at North Fork in Ramsey and was shortened to 18 holes because of weather. St. Thomas tied for fourth place in the event.
